Return Policy

We take the pleasure in knowing that all of our Cages, Food & Accessories are completely safe for all animals. We have tried and tested all of the items on our own Pets! And still use them today!

Our Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product that you purchase from us, we will give you a complete refund of the amount you paid for the items. (Excluding shipping charges.)

The only thing that we ask is that :

  • Nothing has been opened.

  • It is returned in sellable condition.

  • Returned in the original packaging.

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Please email us to let us know you will be returning an item. We will return your email with approval. Do not return the products to us without the approval or it will not be accepted.

*** Live animals are Guaranteed for 3 days from the time we ship them. Please understand that once they are out of our care we cannot accept responsibility for care giving after they are out of our facility. We are USDA Licensed and we do have a Vet that ensures we are shipping healthy animals.
